PASTELERÍA LA FUENTESITA


The pastry shop " LA FUENTESITA" is a young, dynamic and undertaking company, which is based in the artisan recovery of the Tradition and History of Doña Mencía.

From our condition of craftsmen of the pastry shop, we have always affirmed that to make a good quality pie, two fundamental ingredients are needed in its processing: the use of good raw materials and the tenderness of the craftsman.

At the pastry shop "LA FUENTESITA" we put the love of well done things, good care in the selection of natural products and the wishes born of our large experience.

 



It is not true that the most delightful candies are those which are processed with the most expensive ingredients. It is true that some of the new technologies incorporated to our pastry shop are useful to work faster. But in any case, there is still difference between plates cooked with patience, without watching the clock, and those that are made to get out of trouble quickly.

In many chances we appreciate much more what is foreign than what is ours.

Curdled of almonds, farm rolls, capricious, supper sponge cakes, "mostachones de canela", "mostachones de porcelana", "bizcotelas de canela", sponge cakes of wedding, home-made biscuits, coconut sponge cakes, "suspiros de canela y limón", "suspiros de almendra", "suspiros de café", "suspiros de fresa", "milhoja de merengue", candied egg yolk ring-shaped cakes, brandy ring-shaped cakes, "Virgen de la Calle Llana" ring-shaped cakes, butter cakes, almond cakes, "polvorones de almendra", "mantecados de chocolate", pie of fruits, etc.

Great variety in sponge cake tarts and fine candies of own manufacture and artisan processing.
